Jim Beeks, Managing Partner
Jim brings over 25 years of experience in Technology Consulting, Enterprise Sales, and Project Management from Google, Salesforce, and New Horizons Community Charter School (NHCCS) in Newark, NJ. His expertise is in Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, and Business Intelligence. As the Director of Technology at NHCCS, Jim led an effort to reimagine and upgrade the Schools’ technology infrastructure helping to achieve Blue Ribbon status. After a successful pilot, AI Moonbeam Classrooms was born. Jim’s mission is to align with educators to seamlessly integrate Generative AI into the classroom, and to inspire students in the ethical use of Artificial Intelligence.

Dr. Jill Hayes, Senior Partner
Dr. Hayes is a highly accomplished science educator and STEM coach with 29 years of experience in teaching and developing science curricula across various educational settings. She has worked with students at all levels, including middle school, high school, university, and private STEM academies. Dr. Hayes's success is rooted in her implementation of inquiry-based science instruction that prioritizes the diverse needs of students, including multilingual learners. Alongside her teaching experience, Dr. Hayes has extensive experience in curriculum development, statistical analysis, and mentoring fellow educators. Additionally, Dr. Hayes has developed district-wide frameworks focused on student-centered learning with a Multi-Tiered System of Support and Interventions.
